These terms apply to your use of this website and to the marketing services provided by Truly Creative Collective (also known as Truly Creative Co), a d/b/a of Pressic Group LLC. By using our website or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

We provide monthly marketing packages for local businesses, along with optional one time services like website builds. What each package includes is listed on our website and in your onboarding details.

Packages are billed monthly. Your first month is paid before any work begins. There is no setup fee and no minimum commitment. One time services, like website builds, are paid in full upfront.

You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days notice before your next billing date. Service continues through the end of your final paid month.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment.

When you contact us through the chat on our website or book a call and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Truly Creative Co about your inquiry, appointments, and services. If you check the separate promotional box, you may also receive occasional offers and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Social content is published only after your approval. Reasonable revisions are included as described in your package.

Websites we build are hosted on our platform and stay live while you remain an active client. Your private client dashboard is included with your active package.

We work hard to deliver great results, but we cannot guarantee specific numbers of reviews, inquiries, bookings, or sales. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before a claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed.
